Er zijn specifieke frequentiebanden toegewezen voor draadloos audio gebruik, met name in het UHF (Ultra High Frequency) spectrum. In Nederland maken wij standaard gebruik van de K33 band. Dit is een brede UHF-TV frequentie range tussen de 566 en 630 MHz. Deze range valt in zijn geheel binnen de beschikbare frequenties die gereserveerd zijn voor het gebruik van draadloze audiosets. Hierdoor heb je zeer weinig tot geen last van ander draadloze systemen en RF-bronnen. Voor het gebruik van deze set in België adviseren wij de K21 band te nemen. Hierbij heb je, voor daar, meer beschikbare frequenties en deze is ‘gedeeltelijk’ ook in Nederland te gebruiken.
