The Green-GO WBPX Beltpack X provides direct access to up to 32 high quality, low latency channels via a full-color OLED display; indicating the name, volume level, and status of a channel. With 4 associated push-buttons, controlling each channel's screen features; Talk, Listen or Call depending on which function is selected. Two rotary multifunction encoders are located symmetrically on either side of the belt pack, making it suitable for left- and right-handed users. The device's buttons and display functions can be configured and provide direct access to up to four channels, with further channels accessible within an extended menu.

Audio is presented through a XLR4M HEADSET connector (handset not included), receiving its power via an 1800 mAh lithium-ion battery pack NRGP. Chargeable from an integrated mini-B USB 2.0 port or BC6 Battery Charger, Sharing most features with its BPX Beltpack X siblings, making the switch between wired and wireless devices easy. The WBPX Wireless Beltpack uses DECT wireless technology tocommunicate with the WAA antenna, providing the same featuresand flexibility that you‘re already familiar with from the Green-GOwired system. This allows for users to seamlessly switch from wired towireless without having to learn a new system. Each WBPX WirelessBeltpack can be paired with up to four WAA antennas to extend therange as required.The WBPX Wireless Beltpack provides direct access to up to4 Channels. The 4 buttons can be used either all be used astalk buttons, or as a combination of talk and call buttons (in thecombination 2/2 or 3/1). A simple press of the button will toggle(Latch), while a long press will temporarily activate the voiceconnection (PTT). A simple key combination enables the user toenter the extended Channel mode, where there‘s access to all32 available Channels.A high-contrast OLED display displays text messages, light and callsigns as well as status messages clearly in any environment. Incomingcall signals are indicated by a red/white flashing display, while alarmsignals can additionally activate an alarm tone if desired. Two multifunction encoders on the sides of the unit complete the hardwarefeatures, providing multiple functions including volume control. Allsettings can be made either on the device itself via the integrateddisplay or via the free Green-GO Control Software.The WBPX Wireless Beltpack comes with a battery life of 5-7 hoursand can be operated or charged via the mini usb port. A separatecharging station is not mandatory.

The Green-GO Wireless Beltpack X is part of the Green-GO communications system, an Ethernet network based digital intercom system. The Wireless Beltpack X can make use of 32 available channels, a program audio channel and an extra channel for direct user communication. This means that users can talk to multiple groups or directly (and privately) to other users. The advantage of the Green-GO communications system is that there is no single point of failure because there is no central unit that carries the entire system. A central matrix or routing engine is not required – you can very easily scale up your Green-GO network by simply adding more devices to it. Audio can easily be injected into the system and distributed to a group. The audio can be picked up by any device in the network that is interested in it.

The Green-GO Wireless Beltpack X is based on DECT technology and can easily be combined with a wired system by using a Green-GO Wireless Antenna. There is no need for a separate interface to connect the Wireless Beltpack X to an existing wired network.  By simply plugging in the Wireless Antenna and cloning the configuration to the Wireless Beltpacks, the wireless device is fully integrated. One Wireless Antenna can serve four Wireless Beltpacks, and each Wireless Beltpack can be connected to four Wireless Antennas.

The Green-GO Wireless Beltpack X features a high-resolution full colour OLED display which shows information about channels, cue signals and the different functions that are operated by the four buttons on the front of the Wireless Beltpack. These buttons can be configured to provide instant access to up to four channels. Two rotary encoders are located on either side of the Wireless Beltpack X, making it suitable for both left- and right-handed users. By pushing the encoders, the Wireless Beltpack X can answer the most recent audio source. The encoders can also be programmed to control various other functions, e.g. one encoder can be set up for level control while the other encoder controls channel selection. All matrix data is held within the device.
The Wireless Beltpack X is powered by a replaceable battery pack that locks into a slot in the back of the device. Also located on the back is a 4-pin XLR headset connector and a mini-USB connector for charging the Wireless Beltpack X.
